Over the course of 18 years we have been committed to providing the best customer experience to our clients meeting needs. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with the hotels and resorts who help assist our clients with all of their meeting needs. In turn our clients have called upon our services again and again.

We help assist our clients by reviewing their meeting needs and budget while also getting to know the meeting planner on a professional level. We help select the right property/destination no matter what size event they are planning with our select list of properties in the United States, Puerto Rico, & Canada!

Our Team...

David A Smart - President & CEO
David started his career in the convention and visitor's bureau industry before starting his own firm over 18 years ago. His career includes the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau after graduating from Northwestern College. From the Chicago Bureau, he progressed to Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the Metro Toronto Convention and Visitors Bureau. David's most recent position prior to starting his own company was the Executive Director and CEO of the Colorado Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau. David currently handles the national marketplace including both associations and national corporate groups.
